Algorand Builds a Human Approval Layer for AI Agents

DeFiance Daily — Algorand Foundation has launched AC2, an open-source protocol designed to let AI agents request cryptographically verified approval for actions without gaining access to a user’s private keys. The blockchain-agnostic standard targets a growing security problem as autonomous agents begin handling payments, code and other sensitive digital operations.
