NVIDIA Earth-2 Brings AI Air Pollution Forecasting to the Desktop

DeFiance Daily —  University of Manchester researchers have adapted NVIDIA’s Earth-2 generative AI tools to forecast air pollution across the U.K. The system was trained on the Isambard-AI supercomputer in two days and can now run on a desktop DGX Spark, potentially making detailed pollution modeling faster and more accessible.
